MG Professional Services LLC provides residential and commercial services including, but not limited to:

Pressure washing & exterior cleaning

House & carpet cleaning

Flooring repairs (carpet & vinyl plank)

General maintenance

Interior & exterior painting

Move-in / move-out services

All services are subject to availability and property conditions.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer or visible site conditions.

Final pricing may change if additional work is required or unforeseen issues are discovered.

Any pricing changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance and may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed or late cancellations may result in a service fee.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic payment.

Unpaid balances may result in additional charges or collection actions.

5. Property Access & Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and clear access to service areas.

MG Professional Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage unless directly caused by our work.

Customers are responsible for removing personal items from work areas prior to service.

6. Satisfaction & Liability

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Website Use & Content

All website content, text, images, and branding are the property of MG Professional Services LLC.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of website content is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms
